Oliver Moon introduced the first poke take away in Barcelona. A poke is the hawaian most traditional dish. Since the product was yet not popular in Spain, the best way to present it was trough a good image brand that would somehow tell us about pokés. That is why we put the hook in the logotype and did a fun fresh claim to go with it. We also did some photographs that would show this appealing fast, fresh, fish bowl in an attractive way. The process to create this dish was also something important to have in mind, so I followed chef Paola’s nice moves in the kitchen too.
